Henry County Gun Club is a Private, Non Profit Organization dedicated to the promotion of all shooting sports and the preservation of our 2nd amendment rights.

Members have total access to all facilities on the grounds.

Guest are welcome at all club sponsored shooting events such as Skeet, Trap, Rifle, and Pistol events. Check the calendar for dates.

Members may bring a guest to the range at other times to familiarize them with the club for a total of three visits. After the three visits membership is required to visit the club for other than club sponsored events. Non members on club grounds not attending a sponsored club event and not accompanied by a current club member are guilty of criminal trespass.

Henry County Gun Club is located approximately 5 1/2 miles Southwest of Puryear Tennessee on approximately 130 wooded acres.  There are maps to the club on the Maps Page selected from the menu on the left.

The Club House has central air conditioning, hot and cold running water, complete kitchen facilities, and indoor restroom facilities for men and women.

Shooting facilities consist of three skeet fields, three trap fields, a sporting clays range, a Covered 100 and 200 yard rifle range, a Covered Pistol Range, and a Covered 50 yard pistol/small bore rifle and Black Powder Range. 

The 600 yard rifle range is in the final construction stages.  Seeding and final grading and finishing of the shooting positions will be completed in the spring and the range should be ready to use sometime the summer of 2010.

The Skeet, Trap, Pistol, and Small Bore / Black Powder ranges are lighted with modern high intensity lighting and shooting may be conducted at night.

Shooting disciplines sponsored at the present time are; Skeet, Trap, IDPA, 3 gun ( Pistol / Carbine/Shotgun Matches), Rimfire Bench Rest, and Youth shooting programs.
